It will much better when the elevator gets working. Being on the 3rd floor for older folks with luggage can be difficult. The room was small but clean except I forgot to tell the front desk that there were little ants on counter.

I haven't stayed at a motel at the Jersey Shore in quite a while. I don't know what other towns are doing but Cape May has taken the typical Jersey Shore experience up quite a few notches. We felt like we were at a resort! Beach lounges and chairs and umbrellas included in the price of the room....WOW! Having the restaurant right there for quick meals...great! Free beach access with sprinklers to wash off sand at every beach entrance....amazing! We will definitely return.

Location is great! Rooms are nice and clean and there seems to be some updating going on. Like the separate living space away from the bedroom. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Close access to the beach. The pool. Friendly staff. Cleanliness. Chair and towel service at the beach. That should be promoted better. We wouldnt have brought our beach chairs and towels!

All of the food was great! We had dinner at the Rust Nail and enjoyed live music by the fire pit. It was hard to leave at the end of our stay.

Didn't have breakfast. Location was fantastic. Boardwalk, beach. I talked with other guests they like the accommodations. The bar/restaurant. Motel is dated and updating the rooms was a no brainer. With a location like this the owners should! I would recommend to others.
